From my notes:

RTH Notable Reversal Times

9:30 - 9:35 a.m.
9:50 - 10:10 a.m.
10:25 - 10:35 a.m.
11:15 a.m.
12:00 p.m.
12:45 p.m.

Major Reversal Times ---> memorize
9:30 - 9:35 a.m.
9:50 - 10:10 a.m.
1:30 p.m.
2:15 p.m.
3:00 p.m.
4:01 p.m.

1:30 p.m., 2:15 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 4:01 p.m. - - usually every 45 minutes after 12p.m.

Key Market Open / Close
AUD - 6:00p.m. - 12:00a.m.
Japan - 7:30p.m. - 1:00a.m.
China/HK - 8:30p.m. - 2:00a.m.
Germany - 2:00a.m. - 11:30a.m.
London - 2:30a.m. - 11:30a.m.
New York - 9:30a.m. - 4:00p.m.
