I am actually feeling a little 'silly' right now as it dawned on me that not all of the plugins appear in the tools menu!! They appear as strategies and indicators - and I think they are all actually there. The only one completely missing is CPRM 3.0 - not sure if that is still available to download or, if not, is there a deal to upgrade to the latest version. I am getting an error from the seasonality module (access outside an array or something), but I am going to follow your 'overkill' idea and re-boot and re-install and see where that gets me.
