The $36,600 is the difference between the -$111,000 Buy Order purchase price and the +$74,400 Sell Order. Those 3 numbers make sense to me. However, the Open Positions P/L seems to bear no connection to those numbers. For example the amount of the buy is rightly posted at the time of order and obviously the sell cannot be. So if you are taking the P/L Open Orders tab at face value one assumes that the trade is profitable/losing, but that is not really known until the sell post is made. Sometimes it is in harmony with the believed trade direction, but usually not the same amount, and sometime it is not. Sometimes it is by a little and sometimes as above it is by a lot. Looking for some thoughts, Thanks. |
