Assuming you're using windows, and I don't know if this will do anything for you, but given you have nothing working and it might I thought I'd let you know: "Bill, I'm seeing evidence that this error may be a result of a bad Windows update released on April 14, titled KB4549951. Googling that update reveals others are having problems with that update. You started this thread on April 16. I wonder if you can check to see if you have that installed & perhaps you could try uninstalling it. •Go to Settings and click “Update and Security.” •Choose “Windows Update” and open “View update history.” •Click “Uninstall updates.” •Locate the update and uninstall it. •Lastly, Reboot your device. ----- Barry Cohen QA Specialist/Customer Service Nirvana Systems" If this works be advised MS will constantly reinstall this update. And I mean constantly. Tried many ways to turn win update off but it's not easy. I used this to stop windows updates. It works: https://www.wintips.org/how-to-turn-off-windows-10-updates-permanently/ |
