By OS do you mean OmniScan? If so, the way that OScan lists work is that every symbol in that list are from the same scan. And the title of the Focus list is the same as the title in the OS window. So, it seems like an extra column would be redundant.

OTOH, if you are using a FL that isn’t based on a Scan - such as SP500 or a User list, then you can create a named column that uses the same formula that OScan does, which returns -1=true or 0=false. Create one such column for each OS that you want to have represented. This will work for OS’s that don’t cut off the number of symbols based on ranking, Those that don’t have highly constrained starting populations, and those that don’t use non-dynamic fundamentals rules.
