What I am trying to accomplish could be easily done with separate profiles but I don't want to have to cycle through opening different profiles. I use several different custom Omniscans and want to see results all in one place. I am using an EOD profile. E.G., I use a scan for option candidates. I want to sell premium so I scan for high IV, sufficient OI in calls and puts, etc. If I get signals in that list I look to sell vertical spreads or iron condors, et.al. If I could sort my focus list on the Omniscan list source for the signal then I would know the intended game plan for the signal. I would also be able to apply different strategies to the lists using the custom enabled strategies. With the focus list sorted by OS list I can select all the contiguous symbols in a list at once and apply the custom strategy selection. So it boils down to almost the same as separate profiles but with the ability to compare many aspects of the results. I created a giant profile this way before which was too much for OT to swallow so I realize there are some limits that would have to be observed but it would be a very handy feature. I am currently using 8 lists with a symbol count of 504 with All Analyzed Symbols and W,D H timeframes and OT is handling it fine. (I cannot duplicate the slow trading issue I had the other day.)
