Are you sure the CPS7 GA and SW5 GA add ons got installed? They are separate installs from the base program, and I don't see them listed. Did you buy trade secrets or ATM Micro states?

Look at my pic and see if there's anything there you might've bought then check to see if it got installed

BTW we shouldn't have to be detectives to make sure everything we purchased get's installed
