To begin this comment, I want to stress that Nirvana products are generally helpful, some are very good, and likewise much of Nirvana educational programs. Especially Ed's webinars! Otherwise I would not be a ~30 year follower of Nirvana. But there are persistent customer related problems. This color indicates the install is not yet included in the Get My Plugins found on the latest installation. This color indicates the install is included in the latest installation, but not the previous one. The Get My Plugins downloads are always the latest. One of my pet peeves is with the official annual listing of programs included and excluded in the "Get My Plugins" for a new annual release of OT: They are not in ALPHABETICAL ORDER , and thus unnecessarily difficult to actually find and crosscheck. 2. Buffalo: I found two of your program icon listings that are in Barry's list: SwingTrading ATM3 3. I agree with the spirit of this thread, that this annual ritual of trying to figure out what Nirvana has not included in the "Get My Plug-ins" is very frustrating, *AGONIZING*, and seemingly unnecessarily difficult. I think the problem is that they have a very narrow view of what they want to be bothered with installing. Nirvana seems to use the nomenclature of "plugins" to exclude wide swaths of programs/resources that we purchase but then are left on our own to deal with the after-affects, of Nirvana not bothering to included them as options in the auto installation *process*. It is not like they do not know what we have purchased!! All of the courses for which I have paid show up in my account. Besides course resources for which I have paid, are NClub resources for which I likewise have paid but are *not* listed in my account. And it get worse: *NONE* of these last two groupings are listed in red at the end of the list of resources, as not being included in the "Get My Plugins". A simple prior year listing of *NEW* (OT2020) program and NClub resources, rather than a longer list going back in time, would be of great help in this matter. Every year . . . Oh, well. --Mark G.
