I've used normal credit spread trade plans on many other strategies exiting 100% with no problems (well, there are some but they are beyond the scope of this issue). The problem I'm having with doing this is that when I run it on my test symbols (17 symbols) most of them show a trade in progress for over 2,000 days. I have a Position Expiration Exit in my trade plan for 2 days before expiration. Plus, my test settings are only going back 1,000 days for the BT and 250 days for FT. In the picture of ALGN, you can see the trade started in 11/2014, well beyond the 1250 days back, and is currently making a profit of 137%, well above my second position profit of 75%. I thought I've looked at everything, but can't see anything that I've done wrong. Is there a setting that I have incorrectly set, or not set, or is there a work-around for this? I can upload actual orders pictures of the trade plan if that helps figure this out. Thank you, Jim ![]() ![]() |
