Subject : Can a time be used to initialize a stop?

I use trade plans in my strategies and am looking for a way to implement a trailing stop at 3pm.
Is there a way to initialize a stop condition at a certain time?
The "time limit" function is for duration not initialization.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
