Q: OmniData is stopping halfway through the download. How do I fix it?
A:
1. In OT click Help, then About. If it displays Release 3 or lower please run your updater to fix.
2. If it displays a higher release, download the attached file to C:\Program Files\Nirvana\OT2005. The file is missing from your installation. Replacing this file should allow OmniData to complete the update.
*Instructions on downloading*
1. RIGHT CLICK the link below. If you left click the link you will get an error message.
2. Choose 'Save Target As'
3. Please check the file name before saving. Sometimes a '[1]' will be appended somewhere in the file name. If this happens please erase the [1] before saving.
4. Make sure you are saving the file to the OmniTrader folder which by default is C:\Program Files\Nirvana\OT2005.
