What is a good longer term system that catches the overall trend that would be useful for mutual funds so you dont get whipsawed in crazy markets like we are seeing now? Or what adjustments to a MACD histogram or similar occilator system make for a reliable long term indicator? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!!
