Subject : Trouble entering a stock into Folio Interface

Q: I click on a symbol in the TradePosition column to add it to my Folio, but it does not enter it into the Folio interface. Instead it just highlights the row.

A:

1. Click on the Folio Interface button & log into FolioFN. Then try to click in the TradePosition column & see if it works.
2. If not, you may need to create a Folio name. Go back to the Folio Interface. The top left for Account should show your FolioFN account name. The midtop of the interface window should show your Folio Interface name. If it is blank, click the Create button & call it whatever you like.

Once you have a Folio account, interface account, & are logged in then you should be able to enter a stock into the interface from the focus list.

3. If it still doesn't work, try logging into FolioFN on the website & make a trade there. Once complete, open OT & the Folio interface & it may work now.
