Subject : Problems with option finder

Hi I have suddenly stopped being able to use the option finder tool. I get a message which says ' You cannot use Option Finder tool a non-optionable symbol'.
This problem started today.
Can anyone help?

It looks like this was handled by support this morning due to an account issue. Let me know if it's still a problem.
