It is 8 months later and I am now using a stock EOD profile using Omnidata EOD and have the same problem. No intra day time frames will download. "No Historical Data Available" message on screen when attempting to plot 60m chart (data period is added.)

I tried the same with your account credentials & it works, so I'm not sure why you don't get it. You might try contacting our support team to see if they can help.
