Hi. I know this is probably not a frequent occurrence, but I'm wondering if you can put together a better system for licensing. I had problems in the past, but here's the latest.
I was trying out the Tradescope Pro module, and decided it was causing too many problems (had submitted support docs, but couldn't get a solution) and wanted to return it; support set that up. After a few days, the program did the CD Key thing and I went through with it. But the module didn't disappear, and I was still getting symptoms.
Finally it was solved by deleting the .dll for it (so my initial curiosity was if [seeing the dll there] was the only criterion for including it in the program).
Then I added another module, and upgraded OT2022 to unlock the Pro features. Lo and behold, it popped up the CD Key window every time I started OT - for Tradescope Pro. After about a dozen iterations of this (even if I chose to go through with CD Key option, it still kept doing it; the help key display didn't show Tradescope Pro as an active module), I went to the folder with the DLLs - it was there, again! So I deleted it and stopped getting the message.
The question, here, is whether or not the DLL presence is the reason for that popup, and is it absolutely necessary to do it that way. I know this not might be considered a feature request, but I didn't see a forum dedicated to (potential) bugs.
Is it possible, btw, to have the official (via the list on the help screen) be the master, and to just delete any DLLs that aren't related to the ones needed for the program itself and any registered extras?

Thanks for responding. If I could plant a concept: in the program's Help menu, place a kind of "faq for common problems" item that encompasses all of the issues that are pretty common, so that customers don't have to wait for the office hours or take up the support staff's time.
