I do not see any predefined strategy for this: to locate when a stock hits a 10 day or 30 day high/ or low. If there is no straegy for this, is there a way I can alter one of the other predefined strategies to get this info?

trading4rent,
Try the following:
1)Click on the pencil icon at the top of the focus list
2)Right click on "New 52 Week High"
3)Left click on Duplicate List. (A new list will show up under Custom Lists and it will be highlighted, probably in blue)
4)Type in whatever name you want to give this new list. (maybe: 30 day high) Press enter. It will take a few seconds for it to calculate the number of items that belong in this list.
5)look to the right under "Criteria Rules"
6)Left click the first item in the list and then left click the Edit button to the right.
7)When the formula Builder window comes up, change the 250 to 30 or 10 or any other number you want and then click OK. It will take a few moments for the program to determine what stocks fit this criteria and it will show the number along side this rule.
If you want to change the volume requirements, edit them the same way.
8)When finished left click close at the bottom right and your list will appear in the focus list.
Good luck,
G
