Every time I try open OT2006 5M I get error message 2146233054 "Could not load System.Windows.Forms.AccessibleObject... This started about three weeks ago. What do I need to do?

More on this - I forgot to mention that it's not just that I get an error message, but the program does not open at all. I'd like to be able to use it, especially with the way the market is behaving the last few days! How do I fix this? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, but no luck. What's next?
