When I click on the edit icon in my focus list, I get a small screen that says error 68. Talked to Customer support and they sent me an update. I downloaded that but I still keep getting the same error screen. What next??

Call them back and ask them to stay on the line with you until the problem is fixed.

Doing a forum search for error 68, I found this. Most likely you will need help from support.
