I have not been getting forum messages or indeed any messages from Nirvana systems. This also happened last year. It is being caused by Comcast blocking all corporate emails from Nirvana Systems. Personal Nirvana emails will come through. Last year I was able to unblock Comcast customers from all Nirvana emails but this year they would only unblock me. I know Nirvana Comcast customers will not see this email because of the block but just in case, Comcast customer should be able to get themselves unblocked by calling Comcast Customer Security Assistance Center at 1-888-565-4329. Prompts for residential customers are:
1 - Residential
1 - Internet
1 - Email
2 - Incoming Email
When they answer tell them that you need to get unblocked and immediately ask for Tier II support. The person that picks up the initial call (apparently out county) can't help you. They will connect you to Comcast Security Tier II support in the U.S.

Learned a little more about this issue. Comcast says they are not blocking Nirvana corporate emails. They are apparently being blocked by a third party called SORBS. Nirvana needs to get with SORBS to resolve the issue.
I also learned that what happens in many cases is that people get emails that they don't want and instead of unsubscribing, they just mark it as span. If enough people mark the incoming email address as spam it gets "blacklisted". Point is...if it's a web site that you may have done business with or subscribed to at one time and don't want the emails any more... don't mark the email a spam, just unsubscribe (usually a link at the bottom of the email).

As of today I'm back receiving Nirvana emails through Comcast. Since Comcast customers would not have been able to see the previous two emails I sent until now, I'm sending this message in the hope that all Nirvana Comcast customers will understand what had happened and why their email messages from Nirvana were not arriving. Thanks to Nirvana for getting us Comcast customer back in service.
Per Comcast, the key to this not happening again is for the public to not hit the "spam" button if they no longer want to receive the emails. Just hit "unsubscribe".
