Hi - here are a couple of requests (they'd basically shorten the amount of time it takes to review data, for the most part)
1. Sorting
* Add more options (4 often isn't enough for me, as I'm really trying to fine tune the sequence for quick access)
* Also maybe have a global sequence option for the sort window (in my case, I want everything to be in descending sequence, so I have to be sure to click each radio button); an individual click would override the default for that field
* You lose the sort sequence every time you select to work with the Omniscan setup and make a change - it blanks out the sort (bug)
P.S. It'd be great if, sometime in the future, there could be Named sorts (and Names for other setups, e.g. Focus List variable setups)
2. Omniscan: the focus switches too much. I often create a custom list to work with ideas, so there's only one checked and highlighted list. If I want to update the filter results, I make sure that [that] list is highlighted, then I select the "Update Selected" button. It does its thing and then shifts the focus away from the selected item, so that I have to re-select that item to see the filter results. It sounds like a small thing, but if I'm refining my filters, it can get to be an annoyance; would you please fix this?
Thanks,
Rich

I'm not following. You can use the Sort Value field for unlimited possibilities for sorting scans.

I don't understand / can't reproduce. Can you describe what you're seeing in more detail?

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking for here. You can save any sort formula as a Criteria Library.

Hi, Barry - thanks for the response and effort. I guess I should have specified that item #1 relates to the Focus List.
As for #2, Custom List item is the only thing selected. I move to the Criteria Rules section on the right and enter some rules. I now want to update the scan to reflect the new/changed rules. I click on the "update selected" button and the scan takes place, but the count/result for the new rules is zero; the program has lost the original focus, but the solution is simple (if not very intuitive): click on the custom list item to see the results (it doesn't simply appear after the update in my version - 2D). It's not a big deal, but it also wouldn't take long to fix, either (I haven't used OT for a few years, so it was confusing in the beginning).

Re #1, ok that makes more sense! Forget everything I replied with there.
As for #2, I see what you mean. If you use the Updated List Now button it should do what you're looking for.
