I would like to ask Jim dean a huge favour.
I have just read Jim's epic thread he wrote couple years ago on backtesting evaluating etc
We have all the tools in ot and we all test etc
One thing I find lacking is examples of a trading plan
Jim?
Could you place a thread in the forum for people to compile there own trade plan rules.
So we can read an example and replace the rules you have written with ournown so it makes it easier for guys like me to build a trading plan.
Thanks Jim

I provide any and all indepth training and complex examples, etc (especially a lot of OLang stuff) on www.TradeTight.org, since when I do them here, they just get lost. There is no cost to view, post or download from that forum ... but it is much more "thematic" and structured in its organization. I don't make any exceptions to that policy ... a huge amount of work and expense went into its creation.

The link to the site is included in his thread post.. then do a search within that site. Also, do a search in the forums - good information on Trade Plans, also from what I remember the video tutorials give a good synopsis of Trade Plans.
However, recently introduced about a year ago is the new Trade Manager. It's an improvement from Trade Plans. But it still buggy and shaky. And not perfect. Due to this, I still use Trade Plans... Further as of recent, I now place all my orders directly into the broker when placing live trades.. But this is just temporary.
Just too many bugs and fails for me to use Trade Manager or Trade Plans. So, just take that with a grain of salt.. as you know, all our experiences differ.
