It would be awesome to have all of the trades automatically to be recorded in OT's portfolio. Unless it's already possible and I just haven't figured out how.

Unfortunately it isn't possible yet. That'd certainly be a nice feature though!

Has this feature been added to 2005? Or will there be a new version of teh folioFn add-on coming out someday?

It is not currently a feature with the folio interface in either 2004 or 2005. If the feature is added it will be done an OmniTrader update or a prerelease. Also if you have not already done so you may also want to post in our Feature Request thread as that is reviewed by development.
