In RT Profiles if I click pencil icon to open the add symbols and close it without doing anything then I get the following error screen:

Please note that I am not getting this error window in EOD Profiles.

I'm not seeing this behavior. If you restart OT do you still see the behavior? If so, can you attach the OT.log file & a profile that has the issue?

It doesn't happen if after clicking the pencil I do something or even click on any symbol. But if I try to close it without doing anything or clicking any symbol this error window appears.

I understand that, but I tried it multiple times & it doesn't error.

Ok ... I will create a new RT Profile and see if this problem persists. If so then I will send you the Log & the Profile.
