Support:
I have a OT Real Time Profile of 293 stocks. And for most of them I receive real time data.
But for 45 others I do not:

I have tried highlighting the stock and selecting "Test Symbols" and also "Reload Data". My Data Source is set for OmniData.
I have no other Nirvana products open.
What do I need to do to get Real Time data for all 293 securities in my OmniTrader Focus List?
Thanks,
Thomas N. Helget

Click on Edit/Data Settings. Click the drop-down arrow & select NONE & click OK to close the window. Click Edit/Data Settings again & change NONE back to OmniData. Click OK to save & see if that helps.
Restarting OT is something to try as well as another (or new) RT profile.
If those fail, with OT closed try deleting the symdata.otd file under …\Nirvana\OT2019\Database.

Also, check the OmniData RT Manager & make sure it hasn't reached the 500 symbol limit. If it is at 500, you'll see the behavior you posted about. And in that case, you'll need to check all sources of the reatime data, perhaps you have Marketscans synced with OT or VT also running?

Thanks - that did it, but I had to take all the steps you suggested.
I delinked OT and MarketScans on both sides (OT and MS) even though I did not have any MarketScans lists checked.
One other thing - how do you go about checking the OmniData RT Manager? I don't see any way to "bring it up".
Thanks,

In your system tray on the Windows Taskbar you should have the OmniData Manager running. Open it & see how many symbols it's collecting data for simultaneously. If it says 500 or close to 500 you'll have issues collecting data for random symbols.
