To show a Filter Block with in OmniTrader please go to Edit > Trading Strategy.
Find the strategy that you want to see the filter block from and double click the Strategy.
This will bring up a window Editing the Strategy.
The filter block should be located in the middle of the window, simple double click the filter block this will bring up the filter window. This is where you can see the Conditions of the Filter.
The Formula Builder is located at the bottom/middle of the filter window.

Thank you for your prompt reply.
When I go to the 'edit strategy' window I see the component data blocks running from left to right (on the left side of the window). On the right, side in a column, I see the terms Systems; Performance; Vote; Orders; Confirm; Filter; and Trade Plans. When I click, or double click, or right click on any of the terms in the right column, I see nothing. Moreover I do not see anything in the window that says Filter Block.

If the current strategy does not have a filter block, just drag the filter block from the right side into the flowchart area.
If you want to save your work, you will also have to have systems block first, and an orders or tradeplan or fulcrum block last. The warning will tell you also to include a vote block ... not really necessary unless more than one system is being considered.

Related to issues respecting Filter Block & Formula Builder : Going to 'Edit Focus List' and Omni Scan - I find that when proceeding to 'Technical Scan' I get a small notice window titled "OmniScan Cache" with STATUS - "Loading OmniScan Cache file for fast technical scans". The sliding blocks go to minus two blocks from the end and then the window freezes for all inputs and most be 'control deleted' out to regain control.
Any suggestions?

Thank you for your reply. Turns out that I had to give the Omniscan Cache File more time to load - like an hour. I got it done.
