There is a problem with "Open Notifications" & "Historical Notifications" in the Current Order Confirmations. OT is switching the Date with Month & vice versa.

As you can see in the screenshot the Notifications for October 7 are shown as 10-Jul-2013 and for October 3 are shown as 10-Mar-2013 and so on.
The same problem exists in the "Historical Notifications". However "Open Confirmations" and "Historical Confirmations" show the correct dates.
BTW in the Windows Control Panel the Date format is configured as shown below:

One thing I noticed is that after acknowledging the Open Notifications and then deleting Historical Notifications if I open any chart with open positions, the Notification is again created with correct date. However OT switches back to same erroneous dates once it is exited and relaunched.

VXP,
I have tried this on both Windows XP and Windows 7 and do not see this issue. This was run on OT2013 PR 2Q on both machines.
If you have any other settings that may have been changed please let me know.

I appears that my "brokerage.otd" file somehow got corrupted. I replaced it with a fresh copy and entered all the transactions manually. Now the only problem is that when I attach the Trade Plans, they attach to the last bar and stops are calculated on that bar. Is there any way to attach them from the bar when actual position was taken?

I don't believe so, VXP, but you should be able to move your stops after the TPs are reapplied.

The same problem has resurfaced since last few days. I have not made any changes to any settings either in the OT or in the Windows.

It appears that "Open Notification" & "Historical Notification" Tabs in Current Order Confirmations always treats that date in US format which is mmm/dd/yyyy regardless of the settings in the Windows Control Panel which in present case is dd/mmm/yyyy.
One more thing I noticed is that this problem appears on 1st of every month and disappears from 13. It looks like that OT is forced to show the correct dates after 13 because month can't exceed 12. This explains why this problem doesn't appear in the testing by Ryan which was done on 19th October. It also transpires that "brokerage.otd" file was not corrupted as I had suspected earlier, but the problem temporarily went away because I replaced the "brokerage.otd" file on 21st October which falls after 12th of that month.
