Subject : OT13 Won't Open

My computer updated this morning without me knowing and shut
down then restarted. When I went to open OT13 I got this message:
Error: 2146232832: Profile Initialization Error
Occurred in routine 3001 - CMain.cls .FileOpen

Deleting message 22013 : OT13 Won't Open
