When I shut down and restart OT20pr2F ... the popup I mentioned in #1 above reappears again and again. This most definitely has never happened before. WHen I open OT19 or OT18 on the same machine, it does not happen. And it had not been happening in OT20pr2E.

I cannot provide a snapshot of this popup since it greys out the display and does not permit the Snagit PrtScrn hotkey to utilize screen capture.
