I realize that the toolbars are not supposed to be rearranged ... but the fact is, they have been. Please explain why. The popup "permissions" screen just to run OT continues to appear after every restart of it. I have not changed anything in my Admin permissions since prior to installing it. And, as I said, when I start OT19 or OT18, that popup does NOT appear. The long recompile of VBA projects also occurs with every fresh restart of OT20pr2F. And btw ... I am running Win10 build 1909, which is the latest release, and which included updates to Framework as well, fwiw. So ... has anyone else experienced any of these issues?
