I'm in the same boat and was just about to make a post venting my frustration when I spotted this one.
I have sent reports for over 15 years and nothing gets responded to.
The error messages mean nothing but sometimes I am lucky enough to find the issue and fix it myself.
I have just purchased a high end laptop to take advantage of ARM6 using multiple cores (apparently) and it is totally useless.
I have lost count of the number of times that I have uninstalled / re-installed OT to fix these bloody issues, set up all my strats etc etc etc from scratch again and then some other error comes along.

Because of the data looking ahead by one day bug for us here in the Southern Hemisphere for some symbols (why???? - no idea. The data end date is today but the chart date is tomorrow???) I deleted everything from the 'Easy Data' table and added back in my ASX data.
That fixed the peek ahead issue but now getting bombarded by some meaningless Crypto error which raises it head on EVERY symbol test, regardless if I create new Profiles.

Had a gutfull to be honest. I have spent many thousands of dollars over the years on OT, VT, updates, plugins, club membership etc.

Nirvana needs to start focusing on a modern update of their programs, instead of pumping out new plugins.
