OT is a very complex piece of software with many things users can do - especially power users - that can take it into a mode that wasn't tested here. Normally our Support is very responsive if they know a customer is struggling like this (at least that's what I hear most often). Honestly, I don't see problems like this in OT or VT - but as I say, there are an infinite number of paths in the software. I am copying this to Support so they can assist. they *always* need your files, etc. to reproduce what's going on. Since you said you re-installed and everything worked except for a plugin, that could be a clue as to what is going on. As far as the "Submit Log" thing goes, that was added a very long time ago so we would have logs to compare error cases between users. There are way too many users to be able to answer every one of these. But please continue submitting them. They are helpful at times. Thanks for hanging in there. Let me see what I can do here.
