any help on this getting colored when the klt (14) > hct upper band and klt(14) < hct lower band , thanks hope to get some help in here on this

I didn't recreate all your chart details but just the Colorchart settings. You should get the idea from this:

it would be the keltner channel upper(14) greater than the hurst cycle long term envelope
