I am no computer specialist but about a year ago I purchased from Eddie Z his Voyager Z370 EZ Laptop:

I got the 17.3" screen though and a 1 TB SSD and 32 GB worth of RAM.

I have to admit that compared to any of the other 4 compters I have it is a dream to operate. It loads quickly and performs swiftly. However it does run a bit warm and so you definitely don't want to put it on your lap!

Unfortunately this model goes on and off sale on a weekly basis.

Last week if you were in the market for a desktop here would be my pick (and I can't even imagine how quick it might run - check the specs):
