It took me a few days to get OT up and running again as it was down on both my computers... Once I got one of them working, I had a problem where it only halfway opened -- see attached "this is what OT opens too". It only opened a focus list and a chart window.. nothing else.
So being it wouldn't fully open into a profile, I couldnt change or access anything - menu, properties, edit, file, etc etc..
The only way to close was "End Task". By going into c/programfiles/nirvana/ot/profiles, I deleted the profile which only half worked. I then got OT open, into an older profile. I then needed to create a new profile -- this is where additional problems started.
After deleting those profiles, I managed to create two new "Stocks" which did not work.. So I created a new one "StocksEOD". OT does not recognize these profiles. they are in the folder and menu, yet it will not open them..
**Repair databases did not work..

It could be related to the issue you posted about here. Try the attachment in that thread now.

Didn't help OT. I'm trying VT now, will let you know.
Some interesting things -
File, (Profile), NEW... If I choose Futures, Testing, EOD, Funds, etc.. ALL of these work and I can create a new Profile.
IF and only IF I chose the selection "Stocks & End of Day" .. it does NOT work, nor allows me to open/create a new profile.
**Also as you can see in attachment, when I try and delete profile "Stocks", it says "can not be deleted b/c it is in use". And it was not in use or open.

Hello Barry,
Just a follow up --- I can't open any profile now. It seems when if I try and go into a "new" Stocks End of Day profile, it won't work.. Then I am not able to change to any other working profiles. I force close then upon open I can then get into some of my working profiles..
As I mentioned above. I have created some that worked now. But the new Profiles that do NOT work are "Stocks with EOD". Futures, Funds, Testing and Realtime all seem to be ok.
Attached a new LOG. Also I did get multiple "Error91: occurring in routine ____"

First, I'd like to say a big thank you to Support and Nathan for staying with me 90+ minutes on the phone. We were trying to get my "other" issue resolved -- Where OT wasn't recognizing any trades entered into MBTrading. And so far so good - atleast on that computer.
Back to my other computer with problems - Desktop:
Still having issues with profiles.
I will be calling support again to try and fix this but wanted to update this with current errors and LOG reports.. maybe it will help b/c I now get new errors...(that seemed to start on using TICKS)
