Software Purchases: if you are not 100% satisfied with your software purchase, you can return the software within the 30 day trial period for a refund of the money you’ve paid for the software, less shipping & handling charges. See instructions below.
Subscriptions: You can pay month-to-month for your subscription and for you convenience, we’ll automatically charge your monthly subscription fee to your credit card. If you are not 100% satisfied with your subscription, simply cancel your subscription and you will not be billed any further. No refunds will be given for payments already made. See instructions below.
Educational Materials: If you purchase a book, DVD or educational CD and the product is defective in any way, you may return the product for exchange. No refunds will be given on any educational materials.
How to Return Products
- Contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. You can either call us at 800-880-0338 or 512-345-2566, fax us at 512-345-4225, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Pack up all the contents of the original package you received (e.g. CDs, manuals, etc.) along with a short note with your Customer Number, Name, Address, Phone Number and reason for returning this product.
- Write your RMA Number on the outside of the package as shown below and send the package via a trackable means (e.g. UPS, FedX, etc.) to:
How to Cancel Subscriptions
- Contact us to cancel a subscription (e.g. SignalWatch, OmniData, OmniScan, PatternScans, etc.) Visit our website at www.nirvanasystems. com, fax us at 512-345-4225, or email us at email@example.com.
- Once you cancel your subscription, you will not be billed any further.
